On Sunday 22nd August 2010 Oxford City Regatta included adaptive races into their historic and popular regatta held on the Isis and the scene of centuries of rowing history. The Regatta is organised annually by the City of Oxford Rowing Club and racing was over 500m.

With help from Rachael Lunney adaptive coach at Oxford City and boats from the West Midlands Disability Rowing Association Oxford City were able to run a TA (Trunk and Arms) ladies singles event and a LTA (Leg, Trunk and Arms) mixed doubles event. The singles event had two winners Sophie Brown from Sudbury Rowing Club and Sally Wager from Oundle Town Rowing Club. The mixed doubles event was won by Luke Mandveville of Oxford City rowing club.
