British Rowing Online Services downtime

The upgrade has been completed successfully, and all British Rowing online services should be fully operational. Please contact us on website@britishrowing.org if you notice any problems.
If you find you are having difficulty accessing our online services, please follow the instructions at https://staging.britishrowing.org/online-services-help to flush your DNS cache on your computer.
At 10am today (Tuesday 2nd October), all British Rowing online services will be unavailable due to a major software upgrade. We expect this work to take approximately one hour, and will post an update on the British Rowing homepage once the work is complete.
The services that will be unavailable during this time include:
- RowHow
- Membership management
- Online entry
- Incident reporting
- Club management
- Water Safety Audits
The British Rowing website will remain live, but members will not be able to login to it during this time.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. However, this downtime is necessary to ensure that British Rowing systems are ready to meet increased demand over the coming months and years, and should help to speed up all British Rowing online services during peak times.
